Audi Allentown exceeded my expectations after being treated unprofessionally at a completely different Audi location. Tyler Pilz was the definition of perfection in customer service. He and the technician explained absolutely every detail with my vehicle, warranties, parts, the loaner vehicle, and more with complete honesty and transparency. Having Tyler walk me through everything and call with updates made my experience with Audi Allentown SAVE the Audi brand in my eyes, and I would look forward to continuing having an Audi in the future because of him and the service I was provided. I wish every business I interacted with had a customer service provider at the caliber that Tyler works at. I will forever be grateful to them, and always recommend Audi Allentown to friends and family. More
