Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon looking for a specific model A6. We were met by Monika Zieja, who set us up with test drive of a similar car. We then met Kyle Buchecker, the Finance Director, who evaluate model A6. We were met by Monika Zieja, who set us up with test drive of a similar car. We then met Kyle Buchecker, the Finance Director, who evaluated our trade and proposed an acceptable deal for the model we wanted. Kyle searched the inventory and found the exact car we wanted in Chicago IL. He made arrangements to have it shipped into PA to the dealership within 3 days. Upon arrival and after dealer prep. we picked up the car and made arrangements with Josh Allen to go over all of the nuances of the car we were uncomfortable with. Josh was extremely knowledgeable of the operation of the entire car and we left feeling very comfortable with the overall operation of the car. More

This time, I was looking for a new Audi with very specific features; o We bought our previous Audis at Audi Mechanicsburg (always a great experience.) This time, I was looking for a new Audi with very specific features; our local dealer didn’t have one and was not expecting one any time soon. I contacted several dealers; within two days, Audi Allentown called me with the news that the car I was looking for was being delivered that day. I made the trip the next day. From the sales and finance manager, to the salesman, the experience went smooth and the car was delivered in just under three hours. Impressive. I’m very happy with the experience. I have just one comment for improvement: the place was buzzing with people, my salesman was a bit inexperienced and wanting to move on to the next customer quickly, thus the delivery of my car needed to be handled a tad better. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Audi Allentown, and will go back to them and my local dealer, as the need arises. More

High Pressure Dealer that quotes cars at double Audi website BUYER BEWARE: This is by no way a 4.7 star dealer. They invite us to come look at the new cars 3 months prior to our lease being up (leased a q7 thr BUYER BEWARE: This is by no way a 4.7 star dealer. They invite us to come look at the new cars 3 months prior to our lease being up (leased a q7 through them 3 years ago) and they quote us at 300 dollars above the Audi website calculation...love the car, but the dealer is crooked. The 5 year zero money down on the car had lower payments then the lease offer. Lexus down the street offered us a lease for RX (55k car) for 200 dollars less then the Q5 (not the 7...but the 5). Car is easily 10k more expensive. And remember we were potentially repeat buyers...so good luck if your a first timer. If you go here...know your price points and be ready for a battle. And if the owner happens to read this review...please note, this service not only has turn me off of this dealer...but all Ciocca dealers. I’m not chancing that these shady practices are just coming from this dealer. More
