Exceptional Customer Service. When I walked into Audi of Allentown today, I did not intend to purchase a vehicle that day. I met with James Johnson in sales and he just answered my questions without me ever feeling pressured in any way after talking for awhile, I began to ask him more about the Audi Q5 and he thoroughly answered every question, it really felt like 2 guys just talking about cars at no time did I feel pressured instead I felt really comfortable. As time went on and with great information given to me about the Audi Q5, I decided this vehicle is perfect for my family again never felt pressured to buy, I made that decision. James Johnson just provided the answers to my questions, he allowed me to steer the ship during my visit to Audi of Allentown, I respect that. I then met Marcus Davis and Anthony "Tony" Vecera absolutely great guys as well what I appreciate the most with all 3 of these guys is they were "real, honest, and when I decided to buy, these guys were super professional. I spent 7 hours there today and to be honest, I didn't even realize I spent the whole day there and that is because how comfortable I felt with these 3 guys... again never feeling pressured. He helped her pick out the car she didn't know she wanted with all the bells and whistles. The finance process was smooth, they offer extra services, but you are not pressured into getting any. We chose to modify different packages and Anthony built them each and gave honest feedback about each service. Cannot say enough about the whole team. Cannot wait to be back and get my next Audi.
