She got the ball rolling and honestly, if it weren't for her congeniality and on line demenior, we would have been writing this review for another dealership. She is absolutely wonderful and second to none!! It wasn't long before we learned that Audi Allentown was very willing to negotiate a price that was agreeable to both of us, more than other dealerships were willing to do. Your manager Kyle proved himself to very knowledgeable and personable, a trait not often found in such a young man! Last but not least, Nick, our sales associate. Nick went out of his way to explain all aspects of our new Audi and even offered to stop at our home to offer assistance in programming the Homelink garage door openers. Who ever heard of a car salesperson doing that? To sum it up, other dealerships should strive to run their dealerships with the quality folks you have on staff, and their wonderful attitude toward their profession and their customers! Terrible customer service in sales Experienced the worst customer service I have ever had with this sales group. They kept us for over five hours and deliberately hid extra costs until Experienced the worst customer service I have ever had with this sales group. They kept us for over five hours and deliberately hid extra costs until after we had negotiated the price. They delayed registering our car and never sent a license plate bracket we were told would be sent the next day. Manager did not respond to emails until I complained at length to a finance associate. They even forgot to charge us for the car. Will never go here again, recommend you buy your car elsewhere. More
