Stressful made stressless I came to the dealership not really expecting to buy a car; however, after driving the Q5, I fell in love and realized I had to have that SUV! Howeve I came to the dealership not really expecting to buy a car; however, after driving the Q5, I fell in love and realized I had to have that SUV! However, it's the most expensive car I owned and I was trading in a much larger SUV so it overall was extremely stressful for me. However, Sam was very calm and sweet. He made the decision easy because there was no haggling or disputes. The entire process took way longer than I comfortably could handle but both Sam and Jimmy, the finance manager, never made me feel rushed or pressured. They both stayed WAY after the dealership closed just to be sure I was able to drive home my new baby that evening. Sam called me to make sure things are going well shortly after my purchase, which made me very happy. I would definitely recommend this dealership (and specifically Sam and Jimmy) to anyone looking to invest in a great vehicle. I am super happy with my new car and am very grateful for a good experience. Thank you!!!! More

Dishonest attempt to bait and switch Test drove car Saturday. Slept on it and accepted their offier 9 am Monday with a deposit on credit card and appointment to pick up Saturday at 9 am. Called Wednesday to ask about last oil change and last inspection. Called Friday to ask to whom the certified check should be made payable. Arrived Saturday to find the car had been sold days before. Sales person never called to let me know and claims no foul because he didn't run my credit card. They are an hour away from me (which the sales person KNEW and that was why I was coming on Saturday). They tried to sell me cars with higher mileage. WATCH OUT FOR RIP OFFS AND DON"T FALL FOR IT. If you want to buy Audi, go elsewhere. More
