She got the ball rolling and honestly, if it weren't for her congeniality and on line demenior, we would have been writing this review for another dealership. She is absolutely wonderful and second to none!! It wasn't long before we learned that Audi Allentown was very willing to negotiate a price that was agreeable to both of us, more than other dealerships were willing to do. Your manager Kyle proved himself to very knowledgeable and personable, a trait not often found in such a young man! Last but not least, Nick, our sales associate. Nick went out of his way to explain all aspects of our new Audi and even offered to stop at our home to offer assistance in programming the Homelink garage door openers. Who ever heard of a car salesperson doing that? To sum it up, other dealerships should strive to run their dealerships with the quality folks you have on staff, and their wonderful attitude toward their profession and their customers!
