Terrible customer service in sales Experienced the worst customer service I have ever had with this sales group. They kept us for over five hours and deliberately hid extra costs until Experienced the worst customer service I have ever had with this sales group. They kept us for over five hours and deliberately hid extra costs until after we had negotiated the price. They delayed registering our car and never sent a license plate bracket we were told would be sent the next day. Manager did not respond to emails until I complained at length to a finance associate. They even forgot to charge us for the car. Will never go here again, recommend you buy your car elsewhere. More
