Everyone from the GM to Finance was super accommodating, friendly, easy to talk and deal with, and just made you felt like you were the most important part of the buying experience, not the money. I’d recommend Audi Allentown to anyone, and hope to go back in a few years for an upgrade. Thank you everyone! More

I went to the dealership which is quite a nice new facility and doors were opened for us and I then was introduced to my salesperson Nick Chiaverelli who is a very pleasant person and veryknowledgeable! There was zero pressure. We took the vehicle for a test ride and Nick explained all the features. Nicks sales manager Sayed Ahmed came over and introduced himself to us and also made us feel welcomed. We decided to think about the purchase and there no pressured to buy. We went back to the dealership after doing research on the vehicle and having all our quesions answered alomg with a thorough verbal and documented vehicle history and made our purchase. Bait and switch! Total bait and switch! We negotiated for 3 days. Settled on finance terms and trade in values. Came back in the next morning after double checking wit Total bait and switch! Came back in the next morning after double checking with the sales associate AND sales manager, sat there for 2 hours and they came out and tried to tell us that our payments would be $150, a month, higher and they would need $1,000s more down. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET. We are never dealing with Allentown Audi again. Most likely returning our Subaru that we leased through Ciocca. More

Great Experience buying 2019 A6 I've been a customer of Allentown Audi for my previous A6, and have always been very happy with the honesty and integrity of their service department. I've been a customer of Allentown Audi for my previous A6, and have always been very happy with the honesty and integrity of their service department. When I decided to trade up, Audi of Allentown was my first and only stop. Anthony Vecera spent several hours with me as I drove several models and decided that a new A6 was right for me. Rather than trying to sell me on something on the lot, he took the time to understand exactly what i wanted - exterior / interior colors, options - and found me the exact car that I wanted. The buying process was efficient and hassle free, everyone I met with was helpful and I never felt pressured. And the new A6 is an amazing car, simply night and day different and better from my 2011 A6 (which was also a great car). I highly recommend Audi of Allentown. More

Anthony Vecera is a true professional Like for most folks buying a car, it sometimes isn't one of life's pleasures, however it should be! Anthony made the entire process smooth and without drama. He provided excellent service and found us the right vehicle. From the greeting at the door to signing the final papers nothing but transparency. Over the 4 hours at the dealership, Anthony answered all of our questions and explained the many features of the Q5. At least 3 times he asked us if we wanted something to drink and because it was over the lunch hour, even offered to buy us something at Wawa. Great focus on the customer... My wife and I were overly pleased by Anthony's professional , non pushy approach. We are looking forward to driving our new Q5. Thanks Anthony!!! More
