Great job and great experience I just happened to stop into the dealership and the first person I saw was Bo who immediately made me feel at ease. No pressure at all. I told him my story of how I work in NJ and was planning on buying a car in NJ to make service easier on my way to work, etc...Bo basically states he sells customer service as well as cars while pointing out my timing couldn't be better for this one particular Audi 6. We test drive and I love it. It took a few days but we were able to make a deal I was very comfortable with and Bo was tremendous through the entire process. I have had some extremely bad car buying experiences in the past but this was a whole new experience for me. Total transparency and no sneaky ploys. Bo and the finance manager were great. More

Friendly, not pushy, sent us suggestions on cars we might like. We had to make sure the drive from philly to Allentown was worth it. They convinced us to make the drive And when we got there they had pulled the car we had interest in to the front and Bo had sent us a video of the car! Then Bo worked his magic on us. We had the longest test drive we have ever had and he took us to places to let me parallel park etc. we never felt any pressure and we bought the car that day. We never do that but the deal was just too good. The finance guy and the manager were fabulous too. Bo gave us the most thorough orientation to the car we’ve ever had too. Highly recommend this dealership. The people are friendly and great vibe. They seemed happy and not tense. That means a lot to me and it’s usually not the case at car dealerships. . This is our 4th Audi and it was worth the drive to Allentown from Philly! More
