Easy, first class, customer oriented When I walked into Audi Allentown I was immediately greeted and treated like I was the only customer. There was no hard sell- I just wanted to dri When I walked into Audi Allentown I was immediately greeted and treated like I was the only customer. There was no hard sell- I just wanted to drive the car to see if it was even one I wanted to consider. That was not a problem for Bo. We got in the Q5 and took a ride. It was a great test drive but I knew I wasn’t quite ready to buy. I took a few more weeks to make my decision but Bo never pressured d me. He checked in and when I told him my timeline there was no pressure. When we finally decided to go in to purchase a Q5- the negotiations went very well. We knew exactly the car we wanted and no one ever tried to upsell- No pressure. When we finally agreed to the purchase price - everything went very easily and the rest is history. I love my Q5- so fun to drive and I couldn’t be more pleased with my car and my experience at Audi Allentown and my salesperson- BO. Thank you for a great experience! More
