The final challenge was the trade...hard to do...traded my 10 year old Audi that I still loved! Experienced staff was very helpful, and they really did their very best to limit the time I had to spend there (after a long work day). As a rule I understand that buying a vehicle is a process...and I really don't enjoy that part of it...they knew it, they worked with it, and they got me through it quickly.
