I started my journey online and worked with both Nicole and Liz on getting some preliminary information and numbers. The next step was a test drive. Liz introduced me to my salesperson, Brad, and we went from there. Brad was helpful and interested in what I was looking for in an Audi. He ensured I had a full understanding of the vehicles features before we went for the drive. Afterwords, we sat down and worked on numbers. I would say that there was very little of the "back and forth" that you would expect with the car shopping process. I think working with someone online helped get us to where we wanted to be. I'm thankful that Brad, Liz, and Nicole were able to help walk me through the process and make the process more streamlined than what I've dealt with in the past. I would certainly recommend these three folks, and the dealership, to anyone looking to buy or lease an Audi in the area. More

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Zach took the time to answer all of my questions.... every single one and I had a lot :) During the test drive Zach treated u from start to finish. Zach took the time to answer all of my questions.... every single one and I had a lot :) During the test drive Zach treated us like friends not potential buyers, which in turn allowed me to truly feel as if the car was already my own. ( not a car I was test driving with a pushy sales person in the car). It felt organic and not pushed. Overall, great experience and I LOVE my car!!
