I had to dirve 3 hours from home because I found that the dealers in NY were asking too much for their CPO cars (coupled with an unwillingness to negotiate).They also consistently tried to low-ball me on my trade-in (using KBB numbers to evaluate my trade, but switching to NADA numbers when pricing their CPOs, for example). It was refreshing to deal with professional staff who were upfront, decent and respectful! I was very surprised by this since most of the staff are quite young. Nick Chiaverelli has a measured, no-pressure approach to sales that put me at ease and made sealing the deal a no-brainer. More

Unscrupulous Unscrupulous. Purchased a car here the end of January. Questioned a noise we heard during test drive. We were ASSURED that any defect would have been Unscrupulous. After purchase found out car, in fact, had bad wheel bearing. That was just the beginning of MANY faulty items that we discovered. We brought this to their attention and were met with a completely dismissive attitude. "Sorry, can't help you". So unprofessional for what we thought was a reputable institution. Please, buyer beware. It is evident their reputation is not of a concern to them. We are still in the process of even more repairs to the vehicle (with a local prestigious dealership) and made sure we notified them of where we purchased this car. We also told them of the horribly dismissive attitude that Audi Allentown took with us. We have owned BMW, Infiniti and Audi (different dealer) vehicles and have always been treated honorably. We have only ever dealt with dealerships that stood behind their vehicles, their service and their word. Character is everything. We thought Audi Allentown was capable of delivering these qualities and had a desire to be seen as a well-respected institution in the Lehigh Valley. We were wrong. More
