I was referred to Derek when I came to the dealership, and he spent a great deal of time with me, explaining all the nuances of the car I was interested in–a 2012 A4. He didn't try to "sell" me, but took time to show me all the nuances of my new car, and shared his love of Audis along with his desire to make me feel comfortable with the vehicle. Derek is a true professional. He spent extra time helping set up my car, pairing my cell phone and transferring my Satellite radio account. These days, especially in a business like auto sales, it is all too rare to feel cared for and valued. Derek–and Jeff Nelson who guided me over the phone and helped match me with the right car–made me feel like my business mattered to them, and more important, they made me feel that I was more than just "another sale."
