Lack of honest and inegrity I recently came to this dealership becuase a vehicle on their lot has sparked my interest. Upon arrving I was greeted by a sales representative whom I recently came to this dealership becuase a vehicle on their lot has sparked my interest. Upon arrving I was greeted by a sales representative whom was very friendly. He brought up the paperwork for the vehicle I planned to purchase which also contained the carfax disclosing that the vehicle was accident free and well-maintained. The manager then introduced himself as the sales rep brought the vehicle up to go out on the test drive. After the test drive I was looking over the vehicle and noted that the power steering rack was leaking from the boots which would indicated an internal failure of the seals in the steering rack. I brought this to the managers' and sales reps attention before returning to the desk. Once inside the salesman and the manager stated that if it was the steering rack that needed to be replaced they would discount the vehicle by $500 and replace the steering rack. I was then told they would have the technician that had worked on the vehicle previously look at it and determine the problem with the vehicle and give me a call in the morning. The next day the salesman called and stated that the vehicle was not leaking from the power steering rack and that it was leaking from the front differential. I requested to take the vehicle myself to my shop with the presence of the salesman to verify their technicians' diagnosis of the vehilce before making a decision to purchase. During my inspection of the vehicle at my place of work I noted that the power steering was indeed leaking from rack and pinion seal at the front differential which indicated an intenal failure of the seals inside the steering rack. I also determined that the differential was not leaking. I pointed this out to the salesman and show him what had found. After returning to the dealership the salesman there was no offer to lower the price of the vehicle or repair the vehilce. Instead the vehilce was being offered at KBB value in excellent condition which would only apply if there were no mechanical issues with the vehicle. Overall I am dissatistfed with my experience at this dealerhsip due to their dishonesty and lack of intergrity and willingness to stand behind their products.. More

From almost three hours away, it certainly had to be just right to validate such a large purchase. I had the utmost faith in the whole team and upon my arrival was warmly greeted by Seth and Jeff on the sales team. They were completely aware of my purchase, timeframes, and the car was ready with my name on a tag in the window. Nick was awesome in closing up the deal in a fast and efficient manner. A+ service all around and I was on the road for the most comfortable 3 hr drive of my life after only 60 minutes or so. I cannot thank all of them enough. More

Ross communicated with me mostly by email, which I prefer, as it allowed me to respond in my own time and avoid the potential for the "hard sell." When the car I was looking at was sold to another customer, the dealership came through and offered the same deal for another car with more included options. I greatly appreciated Derek staying after hours to go through the features the car. Very friendly, very attentive dealership. Couldn't have been better. More
