The team was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, with answers to all of our questions and requests provided either onsite or waiting for us as soon as we drove home from the dealership. The follow-up was impeccable, the entire team very accommodating at every turn and able to deliver what we feel is an outstanding value. The staff really does work very well as a team and everyone pitched in to make my wife and me feel totally at ease, welcomed and valued. Plus lots of goodies included at no extra charge... We were able to test drive and purchase the car before it was even out on the lot for sale thanks to our salesperson, Seth Lacey, and the rest of the Allentown Audi team. In addition to the remainder of the factory warranty, we were also able to purchase an extended bumper to bumper warranty that was fantastic and will cover the next 5 years. Before you think you can't afford an Audi, definitely talk to Seth about buying certified pre owned! The process was efficient start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the A4. More
