My Dream Car Yesterday was one of the best days of my life! I realized a dream I have had for more that 10 years. I bought an Audi!! The staff at Allentown Audi made this possible and, for that, I am EXTREMELY grateful! From the first e-mail contact to driving my Q3 off the lot, the experience was a dream come true! I was greeted as soon as I opened my car door by Seth who directed me to Nicole, my email contact. She introduced herself and immediately offered coffee or water. She then directed me to Seth, my salesman. This young man is a quintessential gentleman. He directed me to his desk, held my chair, and treated me like royalty, qualities not apparent in many young people today. Seth had done his home work. He already knew the car that interested me and was ready for a test drive. He even asked if I preferred back roads or highway to drive! During the ride we chatted as if we were old friends, despite the fact that I have shoes older than Seth!! Once back at the dealership, I was, again, offered refreshments and was made to feel at ease. I was nervous because I LOVED the car and was afraid it was out of reach. Once the numbers were presented by Bryan, the sales manager, my hopes seemed dashed. Seth and I chatted about options and, once again, Bryan presented the numbers. I was given the price I could pay and the car was mine!!! I can't tell you how professional, compassionate and respectful these gentlemen were! There are no words! And then it got better! I was taken to Nicholas, the finance guy, for the paperwork. This guy looks just like Peter from the Brady Bunch!! What a sweetheart!! I don't enjoy talking about finance stuff, but "Peter" made it quick and painless. Thanks, Nicholas! Back to Seth and my newly detailed Audi. OMG! What a beauty! Christian was there to orient me to the car. Another very knowledgable, respectful and cute-as-a-bug young man. By the time he wa s done, I could play my music, set the navigation, make a phone call, and adjust the seats!! I left that lot feeling comfortable and competent for the hour drive home. I traveled an hour to Allentownl Audi because, of all the reviews I read and websites I visited, Ciocca in Allentown was the best. I was not disappointed! I will be a loyal customer and bring my car only to them for everything. I have told my family and friends about my experience. I can't wait to show off my car at work tomorrow. He did an excellent at taking my needs into account and showing me a wide array of choices, and consistently was there for any questions I had throughout the process. Eric Dedig was great throughout the process, as was Dan Maida, who did a great job with all of the paperwork and was clear in explaining all of the details of the lease terms. Christian Castillo also did a great job explaining the features of the car before it was time to drive off the lot. If you are thinking of stopping here during your car shopping.. Do it. I was always impressed with the pristine cleanliness of the drive-in area and Lisa Manento's knowledge and attention to my comfort and needs whether I was picking up a loaner or waiting in the guest area. When I was considering trading and purchasing my 3rd Audi, I opted to go to Audi Allentown. We weren't in the new car area for even a full minute, just walking around looking, when an Audi employee, Christian Castillo, asked us if we were being helped or could he be of service. With wit and charm, he let us know he wasn't a sales specialist, he was the tech agent, but hung around answering a few of our questions and then offered to get someone for us. The rest of the process was with Jerome Myers; he's great!! Jerome was personal and professional at the same time. Informative, but not pressuring. And, something little, but noticeable… he offered us water and resupplied when our bottles were empty! Attentive and inquisitive while still making us feel like a valued customer, not just a number on his commission belt. While I was the purchaser, my husband was with me. What I truly appreciated was that I never felt like I was put in 2nd place in a typically man's world; Jerome, Christian, and AJ readily acknowledged and respected me as the primary decision maker - this was not my experience with my first two Audi purchases.
