Their technology guy - Christian Castillo - is also very knowledgeable about how every feature in the Audi 4 works, and was very helpful in guiding me step by step of how to operate each of the features. Jerome was knowledgeable and responsive to all my inquires. I never felt pressured to make a decision. He wanted to be sure I got the SUV I really wanted.
