Dan's knowledge about the cars, their features and the market is phenomenal ! His dedication to customer service is absolutely wonderful. I had been to quite a few dealerships in and around allentown before I bought my new car and I have never experienced such an amazing customer service and such energetic and knowledgeable people. I had called in Liz to schedule an appointment for a test drive and she happily scheduled one on the same day. As soon as I drove into the dealership, I was greeted by Dan in the parking lot and he asked what he could help me with, which was amazing ! I did not even have to walk in or ask/tell anyone about my appointment. Liz and Dan had the cars that I wanted to test drive ready and within 5 mins we were on the road testing the cars out. Before we started the test drive and also while on it, Dan explained all the features, options, pricing, pros and cons of each of the cars. And he also patiently answered all my questions no matter how stupid or silly they were. He showed me how to operate each and every control in the cars. When I decided which car I wanted to go for, Kevin and Nick ensured that the buying and leasing process was completely hassle free and seamless. They took care of all the paperwork and I did not have to worry about anything. Finally when I was all set to drive home in my new car, Christian went over each and every feature and setting of the car again and explained to me how everything work. Although it was well past the business hour at the dealership, still he spent more than an hour to explain everything and how they work in complete details, and ensured I was comfortable with playing with the car options and setting. His knowledge on the technologies and settings of the car was exceptional. Also while we were at the dealership, Mr. Ciocca happened to walk in and I was pleasantly surprised when we walked up to each and every of his employees and customers and spoke with them. More

Extraordinary The service was extraordinary! We took a flight in from Boston just to get a Q7 and it was the best decision we have ever made. Seth picked us up from The service was extraordinary! Seth picked us up from the airport and we barely even noticed the drive to the dealership took us about an hour because we had great conversations the whole ride there. Seth also was our sales guy so it made the experience great that we were able to connect on another level before going into the office and filling out paperwork. He explained everything thoroughly! He assisted with our Audi connect set-up and then even offered us lunch :o). One small thing about Seth... As a Bostonian, we absolutely dislike NY and their sports teams, and even through all that, we were shocked to learn he has only been to NY once a few weeks prior. SMH Someone please help this man get to NY and really experience City Life! :o) We then met with Nick to go over the financial information and he as well was excellent. He went over all the features of the application/contract and add-ons. He has a very pleasant attitude. He explained everything thoroughly and broke down the financial numbers for every option and even suggested some different options I was unaware of. I ended up purchasing 3 enhancements to my contract and am excited about it. We then met back with Seth who took us to the Q7 and introduced us to Christian who would be assisting with the whole set up of the vehicle. He explained the Audi Connect, Parking assist, cameras, and every cool feature the Q7 comes with. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He even offered to fly to Boston to help set up our Garage opener :o). Eric came by and introduced himself as Christian was explaining the features. Very good man! At the end of our conversation, he asked if there was anything he can do and I hinted he could throw in a gift since it is Christmas. He jokingly laughed and said OK. He went back into the dealership and came back out with a big gift! Thanks Eric! Overall, the service was extraordinary and I recommend Allentown Audi to everyone. The vibe is very vibrant in there and you can tell everyone, from Sales to Management, have an excellent working relationship with each other and enjoy their job. Very funny group of people. I also want to thank GM Bryan Zanoli and Internet Sales manager Liz for all their help before we arrived to pick up this vehicle today. Together they handled all my questions and made this process as seamless as possible. They were my first contact and over the phone I could already tell I would like this place. Great Job Everyone!
