Hello Brian, Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry about your experience with your trade value. We trade vehicles based on the market and the vehicles current condition and sending the car to Auction versus keeping it has no bearing on the value you were given. We did invest several thousand dollars to get the vehicle ready for resale. So no, although we have the vehicle listed for higher than what we traded it for, we also now own the vehicle for more than what we gave you.
