I understand the car was safe. I understand not everything can be fixed but just because it’s safe to drive doesn’t mean you don’t disclose the problems to the customer. This problem was not disclosed and in fact I asked for an inspection report and asked what was fixed and there was virtually nothing shared with me. I later called one of your service reps and he shared everything with me that was ACTUALLY fixed. Why were those things not shared with me at purchase? Just ridiculous.
