Charged me for an inspection and emissions that they couldn’t complete because I had brought my car in for a warranty issue and had a fault code. They should have known that the fault code would have prevented the emissions from passing. Instead I had to be aware of what was not happening. When I picked up my car the agent didn’t even mention that it hadn’t passed. Just asked for the bill to be paid. It felt like I was getting scammed. Won’t be back ever More
