Recently took my 2017 Audi A4 AllRoad into Audi of Anchorage to address an indicator light on the dash. Unfortunately the news wasn’t great and I need to replace the turbo. They were understanding, no hard pressure tactics and took the time to explain to me my options and what I could expect from the vehicle until I can get it repaired. I came away, feeling that I had a trustworthy relationship with the dealership and that I was getting an honest and fair answer from them. Service is great, my account rep Spencer and his team are awesome. Swickard audi porche need to take some lessons from BMW of Anchorage.
