Audi of Arlington’s service department is the absolute worst. We left our 2022 Q5 for a 20000 mile service and state inspection. I was finally told late in the afternoon that the technician had left for the day without doing any work on the car. A new technician was assigned. We picked up the car at 8:30 pm. We had to return the car so the car inspection due warning light could be reset. The absolute worst. More

This has to be the worst Audi service department in Virginia! I literally hate calling and going to this place. Customer service is horrible, loaner service is horrible but call the sales department Virginia! I literally hate calling and going to this place. Customer service is horrible, loaner service is horrible but call the sales department and they treat you like royalty! Looks like customer service is not a priority here but getting your money then telling you to “F” off is! It’s a shame that you go into a prestigious auto dealership and get horrible service AFTER they got you with a great sales pitch! They need to hire new service reps throughout the entire dealership and properly train their staff on customer service and just plain customer service etiquettes! More
