First of all I’d like to thank Mr. Ellis and his Audi GM for maintaining such a knowledgeable and capable team of good people that I ever had a pleasure of doing business with. I think after owning many many vehicles since 1993 however 11 different audi vehicles during my lifetime since 2006 and now the 12th and counting, from D.C. all the way down to South Florida, I can say with confidence that Davian and the Finance Mgr Mr. Antonio are a force to be reckon with when it comes down to acquiring that Audi vehicle for their clients and making sure that your Audi is protected. Davian finding the right vehicle for his client and Antonio making sure that I do purchase the right products to protect my fairly new Sport Audi vehicle with lowest miles that could not believe existed in order for my new Audi to be operational at its peak and protected for the foreseeable future. Audi Atlanta you are the best in my opinion and you went out of your way Davian to find me that S4 with Prestige pkg with that Red Calibers that I have been dreaming about in flawless condition as you promised me and Antonio I also so greatly appreciated that you showed me the benefits of the products that you had available for me to purchase based on my wants, needs and driving habits and showed me how I could benefit from those products, with transparent disclosure and your selflessness that I do not believe I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting a single person like you in any Finance Dept. by far none. I was in the market for a specific used vehicle that this dealership had and unfortunately I live out of state an was unable to see this vehicle in person or test drive it. I contacted the dealership and the first person that answered the phone was the same salesman that helps me to this day. My salesman Early completely understood my worries about purchasing a 7 year old BMW sight unseen and never have driven the vehicle and I was putting complete trust in him in ensuring that this used vehicle was in excellent shape and mechanically sound. He sent detailed videos and pictures of the interior and exterior of the vehicle including the tires and wheels individually and also marking any imperfections on the vehicle he found. He answered all my questions made me feel much more comfortable about purchasing a vehicle that I couldn't see in person. Now here is where it gets really good. Not only did the dealership fully prep the vehicle by filling it with gas detailing it, oil change, etc. they also set up a third party to ship the vehicle to my front door within a day or two of me signing the paperwork which Quinton from their finance department overnighted there and back. Also Quinton was able to get me great financing through Bank of America and also set me up with a fantastic deal on a 3-year bumper to bumper Fidelity Platinum warranty which is the same or better than the warranty that came with the vehicle originally when it was new. Even better they gave me a 30-day or 1,000 mile warranty if I had any issues with the vehicle upon delivery which sealed the deal for me. Please keep in mind this was a 2015 BMW with 52,000 miles...This is hands down the best dealership and Salesman I've ever dealt with. I would not hesitate buying my next vehicle from them from out of state and don't forget to ask for Early. More
