We were lucky enough to work with Ro this past Saturday. I’ve had several disappointing experiences with dealerships in the last couple weeks. Ro made sure that didn’t happen again. It seems the low inventory of vehicles has made it okay for some dealers to not return calls, texts, or emails. It’s like they don’t need the business, so there’s no effort. Ro treated us with so much more respect than that. He wasn’t “salesy.” He was knowledgeable and helped get us exactly what we were looking for. We were in and out in less than an hour. Since then, he’s been very communicative on when to expect the vehicle and what to expect from the process of our lease. Our experience at Jim Ellis Audi Atlanta has been awesome because of Ro.
