I have purchased at least 5 Audi's from Audi Atlanta and Chani Smith was the best salesperson I have had the experience with during the purchase and post purchase. She has followed up with me to make sure no issues with the car, and working with finance to resolve a tax issue. Bottom line Chani is the go to person for buying an Audi. More

I've purchased many cars in my life, and recognize that auto sales are a difficult (and somethime painful) process), so I find it rare to want to praise a sales person so highly. But Chani is among the best my wife and I have met, and we've found that the Jim Ellis group of dealerships seems to acquire and train the best. BTW, this also speaks volumes about the team behind Chani. Early Pickett in Finance had a nice touch and low-key of walking us through the finance and after market service process. We were so lucky to have had Jorge be the one to answer our call; he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. We went in on a Sat and the dealership was very busy, but we never felt rushed or pressured; Jorge said he wanted to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for and wanted us to be happy.
