Julian is absolutely incredible! ! Buying a car is no one’s favorite hobby but he is patient, kind, attentive and funny. He had other clients in the store and was juggling a little bi ! Davian and Audi Atlanta were both everything we wanted when buying a car, professional, accommodating, no pressure, etc. This is the second Q5 that we have bought from Audi Atlanta in the last 4 years, as when buying a car, professional, accommodating, no pressure, etc. This is the second Q5 that we have bought from Audi Atlanta in the last 4 years, as the first buying experience was excellent and the car has been wonderful. Bought my 4th Auto from the Jim Ellis group & as always I couldn't be more pleased. Greeted @ the Dealership by the fabulous Claudette Reynolds who treated my like I was an ole friend. Gotta love that. My Sa couldn't be more pleased. Greeted @ the Dealership by the fabulous Claudette Reynolds who treated my like I was an ole friend. Gotta love that. My Salesman, Tony Zrnic came down all smiling ready to take me to my finance specialist Ryan Asmer. Ryan, on top of being an incredible guy to go over paperwork w/ is also a big fan of the vehicle I was about to meet. We had a fun time talking about the Q8 e-tron which made me even more excited when Tony came to get me to meet my new Gal. I have to say a few words about Tony Zrnic. Not only is he very proficient but he made the purchase of a new Auto about as a big a Holiday as you could ever imagine. When we got to my brand new Audi Q8 e-tron Prestige Launch Edition, white w/ grey flint leather/race orange piping, 21" wheels w/ the black mesh rims that look like they are hand made & more, fully charged, Tony started showing me all the space age advancement in engineering that Audi is known for all over the World. Tony took his valuable time making sure I knew how to accomplish it all....& w/ an out of this World equipped Audi there is a lot of info to cover. Folks I drove off feeling like I did just experience another extraordinary purchase from the Jim Ellis group. Thank you again Claudette, Ryan & the best ever Tony Zrnic. Cheers!!!! More
