My 2018 A4 needed a repair to the water pump. I met with service advisor Oscar Leguizamo on a Friday and Friday was spent doing diagnostics. I was told the repair would have to be completed on Monday due to the lack of a specific technician on Saturday. Surprisingly I received a call from Oscar on Saturday afternoon informing me the technician arranged to come in and complete the repair early. This was very much going above and beyond. I had a weekend emergency battery replacement on my S5. I called and spoke with Oscar and they worked me in that Saturday morning. Finally they cleaned up my very well before retur ing it to me. They didnt try and oversell and were really straightforward. Also believe it ir not i got over 11 years out of my battery.
