Horrible experience First was told my repairs would cost $8200, after doing some research found the repairs should be around $3000-$3500. I called and informed Audi I wou First was told my repairs would cost $8200, after doing some research found the repairs should be around $3000-$3500. I called and informed Audi I would like to have my car towed to a different repair shop to repair at a much cheaper price but after a few calls made by the person helping me at Audi she was able to get my repairs down to $2800. How can repairs go from $8200 to $2800? Anyways I agreed to have my car fixed. There were no loaners originally (which I understand) so I personally took and paid for Uber the next couple days to work before I was able to get a loaner. I had business meetings in Bend that week so I was I got a loaner! Wouldn't you know it but I got a flat on the loaner out in Bend, OR. Luckily I was near a Les Scwab who told me the tire was unfixable and I would actually need to replace all 4 tires. I called Audi and they didn't think that was reasonable (neither did I) and Audi told me I should put the spare on and go to Audi Bend, which really didnt have time for but I did. Audi in Bend didn't have the right Pirelli tire so I had to drive the loaner home from Bend with the spare tire going 50 mph. I think the people I dealt with were very nice (and always have been) so personally I have no gripes with them. In fact I don't want to mention them by name because they were really nice through my ordeal. Just the thought of overpaying for repairs had I not checked and my loaner experience was really bad. I will not be coming back. Thanks More

I had a repair that was covered under a warranty bulletin and with my warranty expiring the next day th Took in the car at Sunset Audi on Airport Way. They were able to take care of the problem in my tight timeframe. More

Amy and Sarah are great Great above and beyond service from these two. Car accident with other driver hitting me and leaving the scene, a body shop that couldn't get the right parts at each and every step, a tire shop that was charging for "parts" associated with an alignment that weren't necessary or even evident and a new insurance company that I hadn't worked with before. I "rescued" my car from the body shop/tire store and took it to Amy and Sarah. Their crew went through the car to determine what had and had not been done, gave me a report for the insurance company and took care of the alignment. And they didn't make fun of me for being so freaked out by yet another "weird Portland" experience. More
