Great quick service! I brought my car in for service for an airbag light that had been on for a while. The techs at Audi Beaverton found my wiring to be faulty and took c I brought my car in for service for an airbag light that had been on for a while. Overall good service experience - could have been great Tire alignment on my Q7 was off and I could clearly feel it while driving. Additionally, imaging from the front camera recently started being blurry. Tire alignment on my Q7 was off and I could clearly feel it while driving. Additionally, imaging from the front camera recently started being blurry. Took the vehicle to this dealership and they did the full Audi Tire Alignment and all camera/sensor calibration, in addition to replacing the front camera because they found out that the original camera had a scratch from a rock chip. Service personnel was great and overall had a good experience. Reason I rated them at 4 stars is because they could not get me a loaner vehicle for their 4 day service duration and I had to regularly call them to ask for updates instead of them proactively providing updates (at least once daily) via text or call. More

It was late in the day so I wasn't sure what to expect but Ivan immediately made me feel at home, patiently listening to my story and taking my information. When I got to the dealer he was there to greet me by name and take the details. He got me right into a courtesy car with a promise to investigate and call me in the morning. He came thru as promised, explained the problem and ordered the parts. My car was ready the nest day, This was a totally pleasant experience from start to finish. More
