When I bring one of our vehicles in for service not only do I expect it repaired correctly, I also expect truthful and unambiguous answers from my service advisors. Never in my life have I experienced the run around at a level exhibited by your service advisor. Not only are (were) we dedicated Audi owners but we are members of the Audi Club of America. You can certainly be sure that I will pass on the terrible service we received from this latest visit. You have soured us both on Audi due to your poor customer service and manipulative repair and billing practices. It is time for us to move on to another brand, hopefully a brand that will respect us and treat us with greater care and truthfulness. More

Trustworthy service center I live in Vancouver and had my Audi serviced by 3 different European auto shops. None of them performed up to my standards. They were all too expensive and were not very skilled in diagnosing problems. Then I learned that Audi had a service center near the airport and I didn't have to drive all the way out to Beaverton. I've had my 3.2L A6 serviced here for the past year & a half and am very please with the service & repairs they've performed. I figured they would be double the price of the previous shops I used but they actually turned out to be much cheaper! A+ rating from me and I have high standards. More

I purchased a new A4 from Audiof Tacoma and brought it to Audi Portland Service to have splash guards that I purchased installed. When I called to set up the appointment my call was answered quickly and the representative I talked to was helpful and knowledgeable in setting the appointment time and making arrangements with the main store in Beaverton to send the splash guards I purchased sent to the Portland Service location. Amy was the service rep. I worked with and she did a great job welcoming me and keeping me apprised on the work being done. More

However, I do know that when I leave my vehicle I always know it is in good hands, And should wait for your vehicle to be serviced the waiting area is so clean and comfortable. And if your vehicle needs to be with them for a longer period of time they always make sure to get you to where you need to be and returned back to your vehicle so you don't have to worry about searching for a way to get back to your vehicle!
