Trailer hitch install I had considered doing this work myself. My service advisor provided all of the information I needed to access the size and complexity of the job. After looking at the installation procedure I decided to have the the East Portland service shop do the work. Everything was on time and according to plan. Sorry car broke down but great place for repairs I really like the Sunset Audi Service Center. Unfortunately the only times that I am there is when it will cost $$$ for some unfortunate repair. I sho I really like the Sunset Audi Service Center. Unfortunately the only times that I am there is when it will cost $$$ for some unfortunate repair. I should just drop in when it isn't going to cost me. But anyway, the service center is well organized, the staff is very friendly. They have a great waiting area. They also have some great wearables available for sale. I have suggested that they should start letting me accrue "repair credits" so I can build up points toward discounted purchase prices on the gear..... More

Sunset Audi I took my A3 to the Sunset Audi facility in NE Portland, not Beaverton. regardless, I had a very nice experience there! They were very pleasant and I took my A3 to the Sunset Audi facility in NE Portland, not Beaverton. regardless, I had a very nice experience there! They were very pleasant and knowledgeable and got me in and out quickly. They even washed and vacuumed my car! I was delighted! Even though I was just in there for a service Recall. I am a mechanic myself and I generally do not lead with that information unless its prudent, So I extra appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of the mechanics and service writers there when I am not treated as a "dumb car owner" that is more often the case at a lot of shops. I generally do my own work, but for any dealer-needed repairs, they have my future business for sure. Thank you! More

In addition to rockstar service, the building and amenities available to those who have their vehicle serviced here should prepare to be dazzled. Clean, modern and packed with coffee and snacks. Audi Beaverton also has loaner cars or will call an Uber for you if you need to be elsewhere. Simply the best service for my Audi. I’m looking forward to buying a new vehicle from them in the future. Highly professional and efficient I scheduled my Q5 in for the 65,000 mile service, and they were able to take me on the date and time I requested. Upon arrival, I was welcomed immediately and brought to my service advisor. Brian B was polite and very professional, and respectful of my time, and advised me of a recall repair required. They had a loaner available that made it easy to get to work. They called me with an update in the afternoon, and had it ready by the end of the day as planned. The checkout was quick and efficient, with a brief summary of what was done and the costs. Their building is quite beautiful and inviting, and the staff were the highest level of professional. I will continue to get my Audi serviced with Sunset. More
