Five Star! Great experience. I made an appt to have my all season tires put on after the snowy weather. I arrived early for my 11:00 appt but Amy got me checked Great experience. Sure enough shortly before 1:00 Amy called to say the tires were on and they were just washing the car. Awesome!! More

On December 19, 2017 I lost powering steering when the serpentine tensioner belt on my A6 failed. My car was towed to the PDX service department. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and put my fears at ease as they carefully assessed the problem. Work began that day and staff called me with repair updates. I can’t praise this team enough. They exhibit the highest level of customer service each and every time regardless of my service needs. I love my Audi and I never hesitate to recommend the Audi Team at Airport Way Portland. More

Very good Amy was amazing. She went above and beyond on the situation that we were working on. So on a personal level she was fantastic. My only issue is wi Amy was amazing.
