5-Star Dealership I was in market for a used/new car and I found it at Audi Bethesda. The moment from the online inquiry to the day I decided to run there after work to test drive, than come back a few days later to purchase, and finance, EVERYONE was kind, polite and professional! It’s a family environment, where you a felt welcomed and they listen to the customer, answering ALL your questions.. I appreciate the kindness on both visits to this dealership. A few stayed after hours. Armon and David Engel are the best salesmen in the business! They both made sure all my needs were met. This was the easiest, best vehicle purchase I’ve made by far. The finance guy, can’t remember his name, very tall nice gentleman was awesome!. He explained everything and kept us knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He was very kind and nice to our children 8 and 4 while they patiently waited for Mom & Dad to finish paperwork. If you’re in the market for a New Audi or pre-owned vehicle than I highly recommended Audi Bethesda! More

2019 E-Tron We called the Audi of Bethesda looking for an all electric SUV, they had two. I chose one and told David Engle we would be there in about 30 min. On We called the Audi of Bethesda looking for an all electric SUV, they had two. I chose one and told David Engle we would be there in about 30 min. Once we arrived the car was sitting in front of the dealership waiting for us to arrive. Without ever meeting us in person, David was waiting at the front door to introduce himself and welcome us. We went for the test drive and two hours later we had made a deal for the car. It was easy and very professional. The next day we had a little issue with the cruse control and without a hassle David had us an appointment with service and when arrived the service manger greeted us the same way as we had been greeted earlier when we purchased the vehicle. All around very professional and personal service. More

Don’t ask for service outside of Bethesda They were terrible. Felt like I was trying to deal with cable service instead of a luxury car. In Delaware on vacation and the new car wouldn’t start They were terrible. Felt like I was trying to deal with cable service instead of a luxury car. In Delaware on vacation and the new car wouldn’t start. They basically told me to ride 2 )hours with the tow truck or rent a car which I pay for and they would reimburse me. Simone, the sales manager said “I am sorry, it sucks” worst customer service ever. Don’t buy from Audi Bethesda the worst. Never agains. They say anything to get you to buy a car. More
