Very poor communication skills Was emailing back and forth a few times with Taylor Bradford in regards to a 2014 A6. Taylor was extremely responsive until I told him I would preferably like to register the vehicle in AZ. I never received another response from him. I read other reviews online that mentioned they don't like to work with customers who want to register vehicles out of state. If Taylor Bradford would of just communicated this, I have the option of regestering the vehicle in CA. He never gave me the time of day to explain or let him know it was an option. You would think for being the fleet and VIP Sales Manager that the customer service would be more professional. It's a shame such a reputable dealership who carries not only the Audi name but Fletcher Jones aswell would provide such lackluster service. More

Positive experience I was very impressed with all aspects of BH Audi. Every person I encountered was friendly and professional, and I have already recommended the dealers I was very impressed with all aspects of BH Audi. Every person I encountered was friendly and professional, and I have already recommended the dealership to others. What I liked most was the general sincerity and lack of pushiness on the part of your employees. I have not encountered another car dealer who took a 'long term' approach to customer service. When I asked a question, I was given a straight forward answer. Never did I feel I was in a "gotcha" moment where something would be different than what was stated. Further, I recognize my purchase was not a 'high value' one compared to the other cars that go out the door. However, I felt like I was treated as if my business was most appreciated. Last, there are a couple of outstanding minor items that need to be fixed on my car. Taylor gave me hi assurance it would be taken care of in short order and I have no doubt this will be the case. Taylor is a great ambassador for your brand-- he thinks and acts like a business owner rather than an employee-- and it was great to work with him. More

So Happy I was miserable in my Jaguar and We had been given an Audi A8 as a loaner car and we loved it.
