Fraudulent and Dismissive Sales Practices I have had the worst experience with this place, specifically with the sales manager, Juan, the sales rep, Farhad Daroudian, and the non responsive ge I have had the worst experience with this place, specifically with the sales manager, Juan, the sales rep, Farhad Daroudian, and the non responsive general manager, Mike Bradford. I leased a Q5 from them in January, three months before the lease on my BMW X1 expired. There was no urgent need for the car right then, but I am 7 months pregnant and wanted to upgrade to a bigger SUV model before the baby arrived. They assured me they would take care of the remaining lease obligations on my BMW, including obvious closing costs, they assessed the car before I left it with them and determined it was in great condition, we signed the contract and I took my Q5. Fast forward to two days ago... I get a call from a collections agency telling me I'm $2,500 delinquent on my BMW payments because Audi BH inexplicably never made the remaining payments or the final lease costs. I called Audi ASAP and they have no answer for me other than to tell me they will agree to make half the payments. Specifically dealt with Juan who is about as stereotypical as a car salesman gets. Tells me they were never going to cover the closing costs because *after* the car was left with Audi BH, they unilaterally decided to return the car rather than take it as a trade-in (this of course was never communicated to me). This technicality had never been explained to me before and in fact they wholly misrepresented to me that I wouldn't have to worry about anything with BMW when I took the Q5 in January. Now, instead of forking up an extra grand and conducting themselves how a luxury dealership should, they've all taken to ignoring my calls. On top of everything, the Q5 isn't even that great of a car. I truly regret not upgrading to an X5 at BMW Beverly Hills (what my husband drives - an objectively better looking and better driving car with service covered and pleasant associates). If the managers at Audi BH had any foresight, they'd recognize anyone who can pay more than $700/month in lease payments can pay the grand to BMW, but the issue is the principle of the matter, the lying and the manipulation. I especially am offended by how nonchalant they become after a sale is done. I'm now just staring at the calendar waiting for this lease to end so I can switch back to BMW. Such a huge mistake. More
