Truly Exceptional I am really happy with my new car. My fiance and I just leased a brand new Audi A4 fully loaded! Rashe was amazing. She really went out of the way to make sure my fiance and I were fully comfortable with the car, explained every feature in detail. She is a very warm and caring person with an amazing personality and a good soul. She made my fiance's first car buying experience truly exceptional. She could have gotten something older or totally different and Rashe would still have been "omg what a beautiful car you have". Juan was also great, he worked the deal out prior to my arrival. He took the time to show me different numbers and worked with the banks to help me get the best deal possible. He is one those guys who actually cares and listens. Juan is a good guy with a good heart. From start to finish he was there for us. I didn't get to meet Juan because he was off when we both went in, so I finalized everything with JC who is also very easy going and keeps you laughing with his stories. He knew exactly what was going on when we got there and I really appreciated that because sometimes things get lost in translation but this wasn't the case here. FIve Stars!!! More

Edwin made sure that my needs were met and was able to get my S5 in pristine condition before I left the showroom. The car buying experience can be difficult and frustrating at times, but Edwin made the experience fun and exhilarating. No time was spent waiting as he had all of the paperwork ready for my signature upon arrival. He even nicknamed my car as he handed me my key box. My love of Audi has been restored because of Edwin and his great customer service. Sam also played a very intricate part in this process and I am very thankful for his ability to understand my situation and respond accordingly. More
