These guys just get it right! I haven't personally purchased a car in over ten years, but recently needed something new and bigger, so I headed out to find my new car. Since there was a new Audi dealership close by in Beverly Hills, I decided to check these guys out. Wow!...was I amazed at the level of service as soon as I walked through the door and was approached by my salesperson...Keith Gain. I openly admit I can be a "pain in the butt" but Keith hung in there with me and got me into a beautiful Q5 that my family loved. Now as far as the experience with dealing with my trade, selection process,financing and setting up all the features....these steps were all better than I could have imagined. Between Keith, JC, Amir, Willie, Michael and everyone at the dealership...I really can't say enough, but I do have to say, thank you! I enjoyed my first experience so much with everyone at Audi Beverly Hills, I bought an A5 Cabriolet there yesterday. First rate service and staff! More

I went in to Beverly Hills Audi after speaking with Ben on the phone. From the phone conversations and me meeting him I felt completely taken care of, I honestly never though I walked (drove) off the lot, on the phone. Ben knew my budget and He did everything to accomodate to that. Not only did I leave under my budget, I left with a great trade in price on my 4Runner. If anyone is interested in buying an Audi, I could not recommend more to go talk to Ben. I had been in contact with other dealerships, one located only 3 mies from my home, but chose to drive 45 minutes just beacuse of the service I received during my initial inquiry. The store is new so obviously in excellent condition. All employees dressed professionally (suits etc) even on the weekends... I am in the service business, can be extremely critical - I looked, but could not find a flaw in service delivery!No hard sell on "extras" such as lo jack, insurance, accessories, warranties etc. However, I reccommend to all future Audi owners to pruchase Audi Care program - worth it's weight in gold!
