I honestly don't know why you would take your Audi anywhere else. This is by far the easiest, newest, cleanest and best service facility I have found, hands down. My service advisor was Carlos L anywhere else. This is by far the easiest, newest, cleanest and best service facility I have found, hands down. My service advisor was Carlos Lazo, who I highly recommend. He has excellent communication skills (including listening - which is important!), was thorough, respectful, and friendly. He explained everything to me in a clear and easy to understand way and the entire process was very transparent. Kudos to Carlos and to Audi Beverly Hills. They have made a life-long customer out of me. More

Staff was very attentive and helpful even though it was a very busy day! Excellent service and great price on the car. Only minor downside was that the car I bought barely had any gas in it when I left, but very busy day! Excellent service and great price on the car.
