Top Notch Service on 1/15/2019, I got ready for work and was looking forward to driving to work. However, when I got in my car and attempted to start it up, my car did on 1/15/2019, I got ready for work and was looking forward to driving to work. However, when I got in my car and attempted to start it up, my car did not start. All of my light came on and started flickering. I called Audi of Beverly Hills. Immediately, I was hooked up with Audi Assist. A tow truck came and started my car up. I drove my car to the Audi service. Within 15 minutes, I was in a loaner car in on my way to work. The coordinator named Ken was very helpful throughout this process and kept me abreast upon what was wrong with my car. Turns out, my battery was dead. When I got car back, it was sooooo clean, inside in out. They really did a good job cleaning my car. More

Fast Service Went in to the new dealership at 2340 South Farifax avenue to get my Coolant Pump replaced due to a recall. The work takes actually an hour but being that they have other cars that they have to care of before mine it actually took about 4 hours. I wasn't expecting to have back the same day but I did. I took it in around 10:30am and it was ready by 2:00pm. Very happy about that. Staff is friendly. The new dealership is nice they even have a Barista in case you want a latte. And a small lounge you can sit at. Definitely recommend. More

Serviice visit Carlos was exemplary, the ladies at the cashier were fantastic, everything was immaculate. The small problems were that my car though washed was not dried off completely and not ckean around my drivers side door, the seat was extended and adjustments changed.
