Probably the least hassle free considering my circumstance Service was amazing, I was very well informed at all point of part delivery and when my vehicle was going to be ready. Raj Modha, the Internet Sales Director responded promptly and answered all of my questions via email (and I had several), including pricing for different lease and purchase options, and I submitted my online credit application in advance so I would know if I qualified at the credit tier he was quoting me. Once all was confirmed, I just walked in for the test drive and was literally a thumbs up or down, nothing else. Love my new leased 2018 Audi A5 Cabriolet and can't wait to pick her up (they're detailing her for me as speak). Because Raj was so hopefully in advance, I was in and out in under two hours, including the test drive! Very good experience. More
