Watch out for Fletcher Jones Beverly Hills Audi when making an end of lease purchase of your vehicle for residual value. They will try to shove you into an overpriced extended warranty product in excha making an end of lease purchase of your vehicle for residual value. They will try to shove you into an overpriced extended warranty product in exchange for doing you the “favor” of not charging you $400 for handling the payoff and DMV transfer of title. Three “sharks” I encountered were Johanna Felchlin, Jessica Levi and Greg Arouchanov. They tried to sell me a 5-year 75k mile extended warranty for $4,300. I declined and shopped around and found essentially the same warranty from a reputable warranty company for $2450 and with a $50 deductible vs. Audi’s $100. More

THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE! !! My car was in the shop for 25 days. Took my car in twice for the same recall. it was never performed both times. they started it but never finished !!
