This last week, I went in and bought my wife her 2018 A5 Coupe with Josh, as I can't go anywhere else, and won't even try. Josh has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I leave happy, whether it's been with a new car, or even when I've come in and chatted while mine's being washed (the Preferred Customer Complimentary Car Washes are almost the best selling point). My wife and I had been looking at CPO S5's, the new 2018 A5 coupe and even a few others over the past months. Josh always knew that finding us the right car, was more imporant that just getting us into a car. Never any pressure, never any annoyance, even when I made particular demands, Josh and the Audi Beverly Hills team was great, helpful and friendly. More
