Great first time experience at the every hills location Reza was the gentleman I wasn't dealing with when I came in with my car. I lost my key and he immediately figured out a way to get my car key shipped Reza was the gentleman I wasn't dealing with when I came in with my car. I lost my key and he immediately figured out a way to get my car key shipped quickly. In 2 days he got my key got me a better price than downtown dealer and was in and out for an appointment I was headin to. Such a wonderful guy. Valet let me keep my car in the Audi dealer while I came back on Monday so that I could talk to a service specialist. I think his name was Andrew but he was very helpful and I will return to composite him for all that he did that day I lost my key. More
