Amal was the salesperson who greeted us when we walked in, so she was responsible for interfacing with us once the price was agreed upon. Poor Amal, since we ending up buying towards the end of the day, she had to stay with us way after closing time, past 7 p.m. to closer to 8 p.m. or later. She was exhausted but gave us the personal attention we needed. We spoke and went to other Audi dealers and BH was clearly the dealer most anxious to make us happy customers and make us want to buy the car from them. Not sure why Amal is not listed below. More
