Great service! I brought my Q5 in for a couple of recalls. They got me a loaner car and completed it when they said they would. They pointed out a few items that nee I brought my Q5 in for a couple of recalls. They got me a loaner car and completed it when they said they would. They pointed out a few items that need to be fixed but did not push me to do it there. They knew that I service my car somewhere else and told me that I should let them know, though they would be happy to do it if I wanted. I texted them when I was on my way and they had my car ready and washed when I got there. Thanks for taking care of me even though I wasn't paying for anything! Now that's great customer service! He made sure that all of my concerns were addressed and kept me up to date with what's going on at all times without me having to call and get a status update.
