While they were working on my vehicle, they had a rental service pick me up I was recommended to this audi service center and I was not disappointed. Stress-free, no pressure I went to the dealership to research the Audi TT Roadster. For the last 15 years, I have been owning/leasing Nissan's "Z" Roadster. Jae was very helpful in answering my questions and provided no pressure at all. There was a TT Coupe in the showroom which I explored. Jae and I made an appointment the following week to have the roadster I was interested in brought to the showroom for me to test drive. The following week, the roadster was there as promised and I loved the drive. The subsequent negotiation regarding the list price and obtaining my currently leased "Z" was effortless and extremely fair. Jae and I were both extremely pleased with the deal we negotiated. What is often a very unpleasant experience (negotiating lease/purchase price) was not at all. More
