Excelent, Would recomend I met with Sean to discuss a pre owned A3 and it sold on my way to the meeting. He felt bad so made me a great deal on another car. She was very knowledgeable. The car is a surprise for my daughter and she offered for her to make an appointment and she would teach her every aspect of the technology system and everything else since she was not there. First Service Easy and friendly from beginning to end. Carlos was my adviser, and he was friendly and professional to a T. Car was returned squeeky clean. I used a loaner, which unfortunately requires going a few blocks to Enterprise car rental. It was completely free but requires a little more time (15 mins on either end). I will go back for my next service. More

Service and a couple of small fixits Ken was great but the services are overpriced. It is a matter of convenience but always feels very pricey.
