I will never come back here. Warning!!!!!DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! My husband had found a couple CPO cars at this dealership. Sunday at opening we park our car and began to stroll Warning!!!!!DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! My husband had found a couple CPO cars at this dealership. Sunday at opening we park our car and began to stroll through what we thought was the dealership, since they are on both sides of the street. As we enter the sales room or so we thought, we were greeted by a gentleman saying how did you get in here. WOW, customer service friendly, not even close. As we realize we need to go across the street we are met by a less than warm set of sales people. Finally Michelle greets us, and my husband explains to her what he is looking for and they start reviewing the cars. She arranges for us to go look at the cars, which are stored off site at some garage. We have 3 cars we want to look at a white one, a grey one and a black one. The black one quickly is eliminated because of the smoke smell. Since its dark in this garage you have to pull the car out to really see inside each of the cars, as my husband is looking at each of these cars, Michelle proceeds to tell me, guys usually don't drive white cars only Asian men buy white cars. I found this to be offensive and racists. Don't you dare try to sway his decision based on your views and beliefs. My husband chooses the grey one and we test drive it back to Audi, he likes it, but he keeps thinking about the white one, and says I think I want to go back and test drive the white one, so we do. He gets both cars back to the Audi dealership because remember the car is offsite at the flint building. As he is going over both cars, he decides he likes the white one. Everyman in the place was loving that car. So now the negotiations begin. My husband says whats the bottom line, Im paying cash for the car, so this is what I'm willing to pay. Michelle asks my husband to fill out the credit app. but my husband says no I'm going to write you a check, so are you accepting my offer or not, Michelle goes to her manager and proceeds to say that in order for us to get the price we want we will have to finance the car! WHAT!!!!! Are you people this stupid. I just said I want to pay cash for the car why would I finance it and he proceeds to explain that is the way he gets better deals if he finances so many cars. He assured us we could pay if off next month without any pre-payment penalties, but the $16.00 in a finance charge is all the extra we would have to pay. I called xxxxxxxx on the deal and we proceeded to pack it up. Michelle came back and said we had a deal, they were going to give my husband $4100.00 for his old Audi and we could get the car for $38,000 keep in mind this is a 2014 CPO car, they should be happy to clear out there older cars to make room for their new cars, but this is not there mentality. Now we have to just wait for the sales manager to sign off on the paperwork which takes forever, in the meantime Michelle keeps urging us to fill out the credit app. and we said no, but she says well just fill it out so we can get your name correctly for DMV. Why would we fill out a credit app just so you can get our name right for DMV that just doesn't make sense to me. As we are now waiting to go into finance, Michelle hands me a bag so we can clean out our car, and because we are writing a check and its Sunday they would have to verify funds no problem were flexible, well she proceeds to tells us we will have to call an uber to get home, since we are trading in our car and we have to wait for the new car. UBER!!!!! I turned around to Michelle and said wow this how you treat your customers that just bought a $40,000 car, uber home. Thank god the sales manager overheard her and said no we could drive our car home. Michelle is less than friendly, she's ice cold without a personality. I asked if the new car could be delivered since we live closer to the beach area and she looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. Sales Manager said no problem we can deliver the car. I said to Michelle the customer service stinks here if it weren't for your Sales Manager we would have walked out by her less than accommodating approach. She is the WORST!!!!!!!! Once we were in finance Michelle gave us wrong information about the warranty, because here comes the pressure of buying an extended warranty. The last thing was the amount they wanted to give us for our old Audi now is $2600.00 because we had the Takata air bag in our old car. THIS IS A RECALL THAT AUDI GETS FIXED FOR FREE!!!!!!HELLO!!!!! I now hate this place. Good Luck, I would never come back here!!!!! The only thing that kept us from not running was the amount of time we had already invested here and my husband wanted this car. More
